Oppressed, exploited, or demoralized, not about the direction of our nation, however about our careers. We could feel that we are in a useless-end job without a clear future or that we are beneath-appreciated and no one really cares about our performance. My recommendation to you is if you're in a place that you don’t really feel challenged by your work or really feel that you're not appreciated or don’t sit up for going to work every single day, you need to make a change. Take this Independence Day to judge your profession. Are you in the right place doing belongings you love with folks you study and grow from? If not, take management and seize the opportunity to maneuver to that place where you can truly flourish.
